How does it work?

What is YourBox?

YourBox is a service that provides rental of individual storage spaces. You can choose a storage box from us and order it online in a few minutes. 
We will send you access security codes by email, with which you have easy access to the box 24/7
The boxes are clean, heated, dry and secured by a camera system and an electronic lock at the entrance. 
This way, you will get rid of clutter and worries at home or in the company.

How does the money back guarantee work?

If you find that the service does not suit you, you can withdraw from the contract within 5 days and we will return all your money. 

What size of box can I rent?

The smallest storage box has an area of 1.28 sqm, but you can have a box with up to almost 6 sqm.

Can I see the boxes first?

Of course, that's not a problem. Call us on the phone number ✆ 605 912 003 and we will arrange a tour.

Can I exchange a smaller storage box for a larger one and vice versa?

Yes, if the size of the storage box does not suit you, we will flexibly agree on a change. Call us on the phone number ✆ 605 912 003 and pay only for the space you really need.

How do I rent a storage box?

You can solve the whole booking process online in a few minutes. 
You choose the box you need, fill in the necessary information and pay by card. 
Access security codes will then be sent to you per e-mail. Once you get them, you can immediately enter your box and store your items. The box is accessible 24/7, so you can really come at any time.

How do I pay?

By regular payment card online directly when ordering. 
Rent payments will be made after the first rent payment through the GoPay payment gateway in the form of recurring payments from a payment card (you can find more information here). 
You don't need to worry about anything, you pay for Netflix or Google services in the same way. The payment gateway guarantees that we will never take more money than you agreed to.

Do I need to pay a deposit for the box?

No, we do not need a deposit. You pay a monthly rent for renting a box, no other fees are charged.

What is the rental period?

You can choose from 3 options for the minimum rental period: 
 - 1 month, 
 - 6 months, 
 - 12 months. 
The longer the period you choose, the lower your rent will be.
If you do not notify us of your interest in terminating the contract at least 7 days before the end of the first selected period, the contract will automatically change to a contract for an indefinite period with a monthly notice period.

If I don't like the box or the service, can I withdraw from the contract and get my money back?

Of course, you can withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within the first 14 days of the contract (if you are a natural person, not an entrepreneur) and we will pay you back the money in a proportionate amount. This is guaranteed by the Consumer Protection Act.
So you don't need to worry that if the service doesn't suit you, you'll have to wait for the minimum rental period to expire.

If you change your mind within the first 5 days of the contract that the service does not suit you, we will refund the entire amount. 

What can be stored in YourBox storage boxes?

Are stored items secured?

Access to the storage area and your box is only possible after entering the individual security codes that we will send you by email. Without the codes, no one can access your belongings.
The entire space is under the supervision of an industrial camera system, so thieves cannot succeed here.

How do I get to the storage box?

After completing the order and making the payment, you will usually receive an email with the access security codes within an hour (within 24 hours at the latest).
There are two codes. The first for the entrance door to the storage area, the second for your storage box. There is a touch keyboard near the door to the storage area, where you enter the first code, confirm by pressing the key symbol and the entrance door will open for you. You enter the storage area and find your storage box according to the number and orientation map, which you will receive in the email along with the codes.
You select your second code on the padlock on the box door and that's it.
Nothing complicated, right?

When can I start storing things?

As soon as you receive an email with access security codes. The codes are valid at the moment we send the email, so you can enter the storage location immediately afterwards.

What is the notice period?

If you want to end the rent at the end of the selected minimum rental period (1 month or 6 months or 12 months), let us know at least 7 days before the end of this period. 
If you have a contract for an indefinite period, the notice period is 1 month.

How do I end the lease?

In your user account, you choose the option to end the lease or you send us an email with a request to end the lease, where you inform us of the planned end date. On the day you actually return the box, you will confirm the emptying of the box. We'll check the box, immediately confirm the removal and that's it.

What happens if I don't have time to empty the box?

No problem. We will extend the rental period for you and the rent continues until you again choose a new rental end date.

Can I rent more boxes?

Of course. You can rent as many as you need. 
You just have to make each order separately.
You will manage your contracts and leases in your user account.

Will my stuff be okay in the box? Won't they get wet? Won't they rust?

Your things will be dry and warm. The boxes are in the interior of a heated building. Each box is extra cleaned upon delivery.
